Refund Policy

ThriveWell Nursing is committed to providing professional, client-centred nursing services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to ensure clarity, fairness, and respect for both client time and professional service commitments.

1. Appointment Fees

​

  • Fees are charged for time, expertise, preparation, and reserved appointment space.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • Fees apply regardless of service format (virtual, in-person, or hybrid).

​

2. Client Responsibility

​

Clients are responsible for:

​

  • Providing accurate and complete information

  • Attending scheduled appointments on time

  • Reviewing service descriptions prior to booking

  • Ensuring a suitable environment for virtual appointments

​

Clients acknowledge that outcomes cannot be guaranteed and that services are educational and consultative in nature.

​

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the appointment cost.

  • Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged the full appointment fee.

4. Late Arrivals

​

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment to respect subsequent bookings.

  • Full appointment fees still apply for late arrivals.

  • Appointments may be cancelled if the client is more than 10 minutes late, at the discretion of ThriveWell Nursing.

5. Refunds

​

  • Completed services are non-refundable, as professional time and expertise have been provided.

  • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction based on outcomes, as results vary by individual.

  • Partial refunds are not offered for partially attended appointments.

​

6. Exceptional Circumstances

​

Refunds or fee waivers may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as:

​

  • Serious illness or emergency

  • Technical issues beyond the client’s control

  • Provider cancellation

​

Any such exceptions are at the sole discretion of ThriveWell Nursing.

​

7. Provider Cancellations

​

If ThriveWell Nursing must cancel an appointment:

​

  • Clients will be offered the option to reschedule or

  • Receive a full refund for the cancelled appointment

​

8. Packages & Programs

​

  • Fees for bundled services, packages, or courses are non-refundable once initiated, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Package expiration dates and terms will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

​

9. Insurance & Coverage

​

  • ThriveWell Nursing does not guarantee insurance reimbursement.

  • Clients are responsible for verifying coverage with their insurance provider.

​

10. Acceptance of Policy

​

By booking services with ThriveWell Nursing, clients acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
