ThriveWell Nursing uses Practice Better, a secure third-party practice management and charting platform, for:

  • Client intake forms

  • Appointment scheduling

  • Secure messaging

  • Clinical documentation and record-keeping

Practice Better employs administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption and access controls, to protect personal information.

By engaging services, clients acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal information through Practice Better in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Practice Better’s own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

ThriveWell Nursing takes reasonable steps to ensure that third-party platforms used align with privacy and confidentiality obligations but is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of those platforms.

Consent for the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is obtained:

  • At the time of intake

  • Through written or electronic consent forms

  • Implicitly when information is voluntarily provided for service delivery

While ThriveWell Nursing takes steps to protect personal information, electronic communication carries inherent risks. Clients are encouraged to use secure platforms (such as Practice Better) for sharing sensitive information.

General website browsing does not collect personally identifiable health information.

​

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in legislation, technology, or practice operations. The most current version will be posted on the website.
